CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL The first 3 speakers signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will each be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. NEW BUSINESS Item Topic Who a Discussion and possible action on the draft plan, including priority programs, results from map meetings, and items from the resolution directing the Planning Commission and Task Force to collaborate in reviewing the draft plan Working Group Chairs 4.
