COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION 20201204-02c Date: December 14, 2020 Subject: Draft Amendments for the FY 2019-20 Action Plan Recommendation: FY 2019-24 Consolidated Plan and FY 2019-20 Action Plan The CDC supports the proposed amendments to the FY 2019-20 Action Plan, with consideration that special care is taken to ensuring essential workers and individuals with disabilities have equitable ability to access resources. The CDC also requests that clear and transparent reporting be provided by City staff regarding all expenditures detailed in the FY 2019-2020 Action Plan, as well as outcomes achieved through the Action Plan programs. Vote: A motion to approve the recommendation above for the proposed amendments to the FY 2019-20 Paup’s motion, Commissioner Delgado's second, on an 9-0-0 vote.
