Raise awareness of social isolation and loneliness as a community issue(educate policy makers, public). Use our advisory role to advocate through our appointing bodies to drive changes. Ensure we’re staying connecting to our appointing bodies. Reduce social isolation for homebound persons – find organizations that visit people’s homes, develop a toolkit for homebound seniors.
