Discussion on recruiting new members to this Commission to fill remaining seats. DISCUSSION AND ACTION Review and discuss the scope of the Quality-of-Life Study working group and update membership. Current members of QOL Study workgroup are: Commissioners Aditi Joshi, Rennison Lalgee, Melissa Ortega, Victor Martinez and Adrian De La Rosa.
