Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation by telephone. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the minutes of the Commission on Immigrant Affairs Regular Meeting on October 3rd, 2022. DISCUSSION ITEMS Discussion of Travis County appointee vacancy and need to fill position. Enhanced Library Card Updates DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS Discussion on Quality of Life Study updates for Immigrant Affairs Commission Discussion and possible action on Quality of Life Study Retreat Discussion on Quality of Life Town halls in December 2022 and January 2023 Discussion on 2023 Budgeting process and possible action on workgroup through March 4. 5. 6. 7. 2023.
