Discussion and possible action to recommend initiation of site-specific amendments to City Code Chapter 25-8, Subchapter A, Article 13 of the Save Our Springs Initiative as necessary for the Hays Commons Municipal Utility District. Discussion and possible action to recommend amendments to City Code Title 25 (Land Development) to increase water quality and erosion protections along the Colorado River below Longhorn Dam.
