APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. Approval of the June 15, 2022, meeting minutes. 2. Approval of the August 17, 2022, meeting minutes. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 3. 2023 Meeting Schedule. Discuss and approve the 2023 meeting schedule. 4. Historic Design Standards Amendments. Discuss and consider a recommendation for initiation of amendments to Title 25 of the City Code to codify the Historic Design Standards as a tool for interpreting the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards.
