If necessary, the Commission will go into closed session, as permitted by law regarding any item on this agenda. CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2. NEW BUSINESS a. Approve the minutes from the Firefighters’, Police Officers’, and Emergency Medical Services Personnel’s Civil Service Commission Special Called Meeting of May 3, 2022. a. Consider and take action on Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS) Chief Robert Luckritz’ April 4, 2022 request to the Commission for the involuntary demotion of ATCEMS Clinical Specialist - Field Victoria Dockery to Medic -Field. b. Hear and rule on appeal(s) from the 2022 Clinical Specialist - Field written promotional examination administered on May 10, 2022 pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 143.034, Article 12 of the Agreement between the City of Austin and the ATCEMS Employees Association and Rule 7 of the City of Austin Fire Fighters’, Police Officers’ and Emergency Medical Services Personnel’s Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulations. c. Discussion and possible action regarding the appointment of a physician, psychiatrist, or psychologist to examine a police officer and to submit a report to the commission, department head, and the police officer.
