Consider and act upon Chief of Police Joseph Chacon’s request to certify a Cadet Eligibility List in accordance with Article 14, Section 3(c) of the Agreement between the Austin Police Officers’ Association and the City of Austin. 3. Discussion and possible action regarding the Firefighters’, Police Officers’, and Emergency Medical Services Personnel’s Civil Service Commission future meeting schedule. 4. Report from the Civil Service Office regarding exam processes, disciplinary hearings and STAFF BRIEFINGS fitness-for-duty actions.
