Citizen communication is open-ended in subject matter as long as it does not contain profane, obscene, or threatening speech.  Speakers may sign up to speak for ANY agenda item except those listed as “Briefing” for which  no action will be taken. If you wish to speak on an agenda item during the meeting, please contact the Commission Coordinator Michael Sullivan at 512-974-3314. Speakers may sign up until the item they are speaking on is taken up by the Commission. After introducing each agenda item the Chair will ask if anyone has signed up to speak on the agenda item, and each person will be provided 3 minutes to speak.  Speakers wishing to introduce any supporting materials should email them to the Commission Coordinator michael.sullivan@austintexas.gov as far as possible prior to the agenda item being called for appropriate distribution to the Commission and for record keeping.
