The meeting may also be viewed online at: http://www.austintexas.gov/page/watch-atxn-live. Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely by telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. REVISED AGENDA The Building and Standards Commission (“Commission”) may go into a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from legal counsel or for other reasons permitted by law as specifically listed on this agenda. Further, if necessary, the Commission may go into a closed session as permitted by law regarding any item on this agenda. Case Number: CL 2019-051029 Property address: 503 W. 14th Street / Owner: 503 Walnut LLC Staff presenter: Farah Presley Previous Commission Action: BSC Order TRV 2020088950, issued February 26, 2020 to repair commercial structure. Staff recommendation: Uphold accrued penalties from Order issued February 26, 2020.
