VICE CHAIR BLAINE CAMPBELL called COMMISSION (BSC) Meeting to order at 6:41 p.m. the BUILDING AND STANDARDS Commissioners in Attendance: Vice Chair Blaine Campbell, Commissioners: Michael Francis, Kurt Lockhart, Maria Elena O Ibarra, Jeffrey S. Musgrove and Raisch Tomlanovich Commissioners in Attendance Remotely: Commissioner Grant Gilker and Ex Officio Commissioner Fire Captain Brian Oehler PUBLIC COMMUNICATION: GENERAL Neighbors Jason Lindenschmidt and Molly Barksdale addressed the commission concerning an abandoned residential structure located at 5103 Valley Oak Drive.
