Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Approve the Minutes from Regular Called Meeting from August 23, 2023 APPROVAL OF MINUTES DISCUSSION AND ACTION - 2. Approve a recommendation for a local code amendment that will require natural lighting in a bedroom of residential use commercial property in accordance with the International Building Cod, section 1204 DISCUSSION 3.
