BOND OVERSIGHT COMMISSION April 20, 2022, 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once either in-person or remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Registration no later than noon the day before the meeting is required for remote participation. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of the minutes from the March 16, 2022 Bond Oversight Commission meeting 2. DISCUSSION a. Introduction of a newly appointed member to the Bond Oversight Commission 3. STAFF BRIEFINGS program a. Staff briefing from the Fire and EMS Departments related to the 2018 bond b. Staff briefing from the Financial Services Department related to Public Improvement Bonds for the Capital Improvement Program. 4. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION a. Discussion and possible action on the election of new officers b. Discussion and possible action related to the FY2022-23 budget process and Commission budget recommendations 5. The information required is the speaker’s name, item number(s) they wish to speak on, whether they are for/against/neutral, and a telephone number or email address. •Once a request to speak has been called in or emailed to the board liaison, the speaker will receive either an email or phone call providing the telephone number to call on the day of the scheduled meeting. •Speakers must call in at least 15 minutes prior to meeting start in order to speak, late callers will not be accepted and will not be able to speak. •Speakers will be placed in a queue until their time to speak. •Handouts or other information may be emailed to Tina.VanWie@austintexas.gov by Noon the day before the scheduled meeting.
