This appeal challenges the administrative decision on January 8th 2026 to approve the application and associated plan set for Permit / Case No. PR 2025-140201. Standing to Appeal – Appeal of an Administrative Decision Applicant requirements under Austin City Code §§ 25-1-131(A) and (B) and 25-1-132(C) § 25-1-131(A) I am an approved interested party for the proposed project at 205 East 34th Street, Austin, Texas, Permit / Case PR 2025-140201. I occupy a residence located within 500 feet of the proposed development. § 25-1-131(B) The following statement generally identifies the issues of concern. I believe that the application for the proposed project at 205 East 34th Street was incomplete, that the application materials and the approved plan set do not adequately demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulations, and that the approved plan set does not comply with all applicable regulations. I also intend to speak for the record at the public hearing. § 25-1-132(C) I understand, as stated on the City of Austin website, that the responsible director shall give notice of the public hearing concerning 205 East 34th Street by mailing notice to the applicable neighborhood organization, the North University Neighborhood Association (NUNA), not later than the 11th day before the date of the scheduled hearing.
