Austin Energy cannot approve this request due to the lack of clarity in the plans. The plans must show side profiles and the height of the proposed sign, and the exact location of the sign must be pinpointed more clearly. Without this information, Austin Energy cannot determine whether the proposed sign meets required clearances as per Austin Energy’s Clearance & Safety Criteria, the National Electric Safety Code, and OSHA requirements.
