The applicant does not have to move forward with purchasing this property if they cannot work within the means of existing structures and code. The applicant can also renovate the existing structure which is grandfathered in. The applicant does not have to build a completely brand new structure on this property. I do not see any hardship for this applicant. I object to this variance proposal. If you have any questions please let me know.
