The existing structure on the property exceeds the FAR for SF-3 due to a previous variance and appears to greatly exceed the mandated impervious cover requirements. Increasing the FAR and impervious cover further will aggravate drainage problems in the neighborhood and will set a bad precedent for the neigborhood.
