(required);  to construct (2) two illumination wall signs and two (2) projecting signs; In order to provide signage for CVS in a “CS-CO-NP”, General Commercial Services- Conditional Overlay Combining District– Neighborhood Plan zoning district. (West University Neighborhood Plan) Austin Energy does not oppose the above sign variances requested, provided any proposed and existing improvements follow Austin Energy’s clearance criteria requirements, the National Electric Safety Code and OSHA. Any removal or relocation of existing electric facilities will be at owners /applicants’ expense.
