It is a lovely design that will have magnificent views and seems to make exceptionally efficient use of the space. Wonderful taste and sensibilities. We had one privacy related concern that I suspect will impact a prospective buyer as much as us. The window along the west wall that appears to be over a built-in desk will look *directly* into our kitchen and living room (and standing at the stove I would be looking directly into the proposed house). If we could get a meaningful commitment from you and the owners that the final fencing solution you install will provide privacy for all of us sharing the fenceline, then we would be happy to voice full support for the variance.
