I believe the proposed signage is appropriate for signs within the Saltillo TOD and is similar to existing signage that my property and many neighbor properties already have installed as of the date of this request. I support the proposed signage both as a neighbor to the project and citizen of Austin, and encourage approval of the requested variance so that these locations can be afforded the same opportunities as others in the neighborhood.
