5. REGULAR MEETING of the ART IN PUBLIC PLACES PANEL Monday, September 12, 2022, at 6:00 PM Virtual Meeting Members of the ART IN PUBLIC PLACES PANEL will be participating by videoconference. Public comment will be allowed remotely via videoconference or telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item remotely and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments.
