EMS1 Selection Processes & Evaluation Criteria Open Call to Artists All artists who live and work in the seven county Austin metropolitan area (Williamson, Travis, Bastrop, Caldwell, Hays, Burnet, and Blanco counties). Artists who have a lived experience with a station location are encouraged to apply!
