ART IN PUBLIC PLACES PANEL Regular Meeting Minutes The Art in Public Places Panel convened a regular meeting on Monday, July 11, 2022 via Zoom. Vice Chair Villanueva called the Meeting to order at 6:04 PM. Panel Members in Attendance: Panel Chair Tammie Rubin, Vice Chair Jacob Villanueva, Arts Commission Liaison Acia Gray, and Panel Members J Muzacz, and Sarah Carr. Panel Members Stephanie Lemmo and Joel Nolan were absent.
