Vice Chair Villanueva called the Meeting to order at 6:03 PM. Panel Members in Attendance: Arts Commission Liaison Brett Barnes, Panel Members Stephanie Lemmo, J Muzacz, Vice Chair Jacob Villanueva and Panel Member Sarah Carr. Panel Chair Tammie Rubin and Joel Nolan were absent.
