Applicant Review Panel December 11, 2020 at 1:00 pm VIA VIDEOCONFERENCING CURRENT PANEL MEMBERS: Abigael McClean, Chair STAFF MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE: Matt Dugan - Housing and Planning Department (HPD) Lisa Rodriguez (HPD) MINUTES James Christianson William Cooper, Vice Chair CALL TO ORDER Chair McClean called the meeting to order with 3 members present. CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL The first three speakers who register to speak no later than noon the day before the meeting will be allowed a three-minute allotment to address their concerns regarding items not posted on the agenda. No speakers registered to speak. 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES On Bill Cooper’s motion, Jim Christianson’s second, the meeting minutes for the December 4, 2020, were approved unanimously. 2. OLD BUSINESS The ARP may discuss and take action on the following agenda items A. Approach to assessing applications and application merits Discussion occurred; no action was taken. B. Define work plan Discussion occurred; no action was taken. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ADJOURNMENT Chair McClean adjourned the meeting at 1:27pm with no objections.
