Public comment will be allowed in-person or remotely via telephone. Speakers may only register to speak on an item once, in-person or remotely, and will be allowed up to three minutes to provide their comments. Approve the minutes of the African American Resource Advisory Commission Special APPROVAL OF MINUTES Call Meeting on November 28th, 2023. WORKING GROUP/COMMITTEE UPDATES 2. Strategic Planning Working Group – status report on recent meetings. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 3. Discussion regarding the FY25 Budget process including the possible creation of a working group to focus on the budget objectives and priorities for the Commission.
