Public comment will be allowed in person or via telephone. Remote speakers must register in advance (January 28 by Noon). All public comment will occur at the beginning of the meeting. Presentation on Equitable Transit-Orient Development (ETOD) study: Rose Lisska (Capital Metro) and Stevie Greathouse (City of Austin Housing & Planning Department) will present an overview and answer questions about the equitable transit-oriented development project to plan for equitable outcomes for area residents of all incomes and backgrounds along Project Connect corridors. c.
