Additional Backup Information: This contract will provide original equipment manufacturer parts for necessary repairs, maintenance activities, and conveyor system failures for the Transnorm baggage conveying systems located in the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This system is used for processing and transporting passenger baggage for inbound and outbound flight activity. These conveyor sections are critical points in the system where turns are needed to provide smooth transition of baggage throughout the system. Authorization amounts for this contract are based on department estimates including an anticipated increase due to the airport expansion.
