The solicitation was issued on January 6, 2025, and closed on February 20, 2025. Of the two offers received, the recommended contractor submitted the lowest responsive offer. These services will prevent or eliminate the back-up of grease waste and possible accumulation of hazardous gases and are required to maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. This contract will replace the current contract which expires in June 2025. Estimates are based on historical usage. The recommended contractor is the current provider for these services. If the contract is not approved, the Department of Aviation risks being non-compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
