A motion to approve was made by Commission Member Todd, Commission Member Hendricks seconds for a vote. Motion passed on an 8-0-0-1 vote. Commission Member Owens was absent at this vote. b) Authorize award of a multi-term contract with A & V Holdings Midco, LLC d/b/a AVI-SPL, LLC, formerly known as Audio Fidelity Communications Corporation d/b/a Whitlock, to provide visual display system monitors, mounts, and services for up to five years for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,928,000. A motion to approve was made by Commission Member Maldonado, Commission Member Saulmon seconds for a vote. Motion passed on a 6-1-1-1 vote.
