CITIZEN COMMUNICATION: GENERAL (3 minutes to speak) Citizen communication will be limited to the first ten speakers who have not already addressed the Bond Election Advisory Task Force. Overall citizen communication will be limited to 30 minutes. 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES a. Approval of the minutes from the February 23rd , 2018 regular meeting 3. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION a.
